The ECPL Tryout process
Practice ?!? We Talking About Practice ??
Practice, Drills, Coach Play & all Tryouts are open to all athletes, all ages, free from preferential treatment, and void of pre-selected roster positions.
All athletes are required to "earn" a spot playing in the ECPL participating in the tryouts and selection process.
No Exceptions. High Level Tennis Athletes tend to have a slight advantage over most other athletes learning the sport but the doubles (Dubs) portion of the game presents a huge challenge to big powerful swings.
Since there is only 4 players on the court at one time, spots are limited in an elite competitive match up environment.
However; you can find hundreds if not thousands of "socially competitive" players looking to make friends and play with other players with similar abilities and skill levels on every other court in America, so you don't have to only play in the ECPL. There are leagues offered at almost every facility in your local area.
Not everyone wants to try to play against 5.0 players.
You can expect the 5IVEZERO coaches to carry a higher level of professionalism, integrity, and objectivity while working with the chosen athlete pool throughout the selection process.
The ECPL multiple-session format gives our coaching staff the opportunity to evaluate and assess talent within an environment of teaching, encouragement, and personal interaction for each aspiring athlete.
